I suspect a flexible “Space” suits a living effort better than a project checklist or an area label, and I want to test it.
A streak feels motivating until it breaks, and then one small slip can feel like total failure.
“Less, but better” works as a quick test for whether something earns a place, as long as what’s left is chosen on purpose.
I suspect my anxiety and guilt come less from how much I have to do and more from small commitments I made to myself and let slide.
I wonder whether the best product for a low-tech field is one simple thing that feels good, built from a blank slate instead of bolted onto existing tools.
The thrill of finding a new favorite song fades fast, and I suspect the songs that matter most are the ones I’ve lived with.
Every addition to my life has a cost, so I try to decide what leaves in exchange, and the swap should feel roughly equal.
Big changes fail when I attempt them with my old mindset, so the real work is becoming someone who sees the goal as possible and has built the skill.
A habit that depends on remembering or willpower tends to fade, so I remove the decision and attach it to a trigger.
I keep coming back to three feelings that seem to drive motivation, and I think respectful questions can build all three at once.
Loving an animal who arrives with its own habits and limits has taught me things I didn’t know I needed to learn.
